Edit: If the app is not connecting to your Bonocle after attempting all other troubleshooting methods. You may want to check the app settings under your system settings. There should be a toggle that enables the app to access bluetooth, if it's turned off, just turn it on and you should be good to go.

1. Find My Bonocle

Problem: You've misplaced your Bonocle.

Solution: Don't worry, as long as your Bonocle is powered on, you can easily locate it. Follow these steps:

Open the Bonocle companion app on your smartphone or tablet.

Look for the "Find My Bonocle" option and activate it.

Your Bonocle will respond by producing a strong vibration, making it easier to find.

2. Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues

Problem: Bonocle stops responding or disconnects.

Solution: Here's how you can troubleshoot connectivity issues:

Open the in-app or in-game connectivity menu and check the status of the connected devices. If it shows as disconnected, simply double-tap to reestablish the connection.

If your Bonocle doesn't appear on the connectivity menu, turn it off and on again. It should automatically reconnect.

If Bonocle still does not show on the connectivity menu, go to the app settings in your device settings and make sure Bluetooth is enabled in-app.

If the issue persists, your Bonocle might need a charge. Connect it to a charger, open the Bonocle companion app, and ensure the Bonocle status is displayed as connected. You can also check the battery level. Continue using the device while it charges, or wait until it's fully charged before using it.Bonocle can be charged regardless of the power switch position.

3. Reporting Bugs

Problem: You encounter a bug in one of the apps or games.

Solution: You can report bugs easily:
